We sell orchids, orchid pots and orchid care products.
All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice and include VAT where applicable.
Orchids are natural living products and may vary in colour, size, shape and number of blooms.
7. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to any Orchidique or Orchidplant orchid box service, it will continue until cancelled. Full subscription and cancellation details are available on the subscription page of the website.
8. Orders & Delivery
Orders are accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
Due to the living and perishable nature of orchids, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure plant health and quality. We are unable to hold stock beyond our advertised dispatch times.

9. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, live plants are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
However, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your orchid, pot or care product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a store credit, refund or replacement.
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Further details are available in our Returns Policy.
10. Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
11. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the website.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
